SOCIAL DISDANCING: DANCE FIELD DAY 2020
Sweat & Laugh: Join us for an energizing dance workout class that fuses modern dance, Zumba, yoga, and fitness. Set to your favorite pop jams and throwbacks, this class will leave you out of breath but with a smile on your face! Sneakers required. Taught by Eliza Malecki.
The Great Unblock: Through this pause caused by a global pandemic -- and the separation that quarantine has brought -- we have been distanced from each other and perhaps unaddressed stress & trauma have floated to the surface. Our systems are clogged & stuck, together let’s find a way to unblock our systems, tap into our energy, step into our bodies and ground ourselves in community.

Contemporary Phrasework: Beyond the Studio: Learn a piece of dynamic phrasework without the challenges of Zoom! - originally crafted both to exist in a natural outdoor landscape, and to be framed on film. Drawing on breath, spaciousness, flow, and momentum, reinvigorate your dancing brain while sparking ideas about movement in these ‘new normal’ spaces.
